What we collect
When you use the Find a Clinical Trial registry form, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, email, phone, ZIP code, contact preference, the condition areas you are interested in, and optionally your physician or clinic name. When you email us, we receive your message and email address. This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect health records through it.
How we use it
Registry information is used for one purpose: contacting you about research studies that match the interests you told us about. Career submissions are used for hiring. Sponsor inquiries are used to respond to the inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Your registry information is accessible to Stryde Research staff who match patients with studies, and to the secure service providers that store it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. If you later choose to join a specific study, that study's own informed consent will explain separately how study data is handled; joining the registry shares nothing with any sponsor.
Your choices
You can withdraw from the registry at any time by emailing patients@stryderesearch.com, and we will remove your information from active matching. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the same address. Withdrawing never affects your medical care.
Cookies and third parties
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving the font files. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Children
The registry is intended for adults. Studies involving minors are always discussed directly with a parent or guardian through the clinic, never through this website.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
